About Calder Peak
We are building Calder Peak from the ground up as an owner-led, family-involved land and site services business.
Who you’ll work with
Our family is involved in building the business. When you contact us, we’ll talk through the property, the work you need, and a practical scope.
We focus on practical clearing, grading, gravel, drainage, site preparation, and small demolition work. We start with the current condition of the property and what you need the area to do next, then work with you to define a clear, practical scope.
Our primary service area is Harrison and Floyd counties, Indiana. We consider fitting projects around Brandenburg and elsewhere in Meade County, Kentucky case by case, based on scope, access, site conditions, and travel practicality.
Company standard
“The job isn’t done when the work is done.”
“Every Calder Peak job gets one final owner-led walkaround with the customer before we load up. We look for the details others might overlook, and if there’s a small extra we can reasonably take care of while the equipment is already there, we’ll point it out, ask first, and take care of it when we can.”
Anything beyond the agreed scope is discussed and approved first. Whether a small extra is practical—and whether it affects time, materials, or price—depends on the specific site and request.
What to expect
Current conditions, access, intended use, and clear scope shape the conversation before work begins.
Start with the current condition and what the area needs to support next.
Access, slope, water movement, and nearby features can shape a practical approach.
Keep the work area and expectations clear, including when an onsite look may be needed.
